Calm in the Storm

Dear God,

I had a dear lady sit at my desk one day and tell  me about her daughter and son in law losing their home to a tornado in Oklahoma. The tornado hit an elementary school and her son in law was in the school trying to get his daughter out when the tornado hit and the building fell on them. No one was hurt and he helped the school children and teachers out of the school. When they got outside, his truck was completely destroyed and their housing addition that was across the street from the school was gone.

God, thank you for being there for those people in the midst of that awful storm and saving their lives that day.

Love,
Me:)

ps: I hate when the winds and storms of this world destroy people. Such an awful tragedy when it happens.
