Original Song/Poem♥Week #1

David and all Israel were celebrating with all their might
before the Lord, with castanets, harps, lyres,
timbrels, sistrums and cymbals.
II Samuel 6:5
{in my opinion, if they had a violin/fiddle, they would have
been playing that as well}
T:)

Violin or Fiddle?

Some call this thing a violin
And others say a fiddle
It’s not that they are different
Well, maybe just a little.

A violin is played sometimes
When opera singers sing
A fiddle player stomps his feet
When bluegrass music rings.

A violin is carried
On a crushed blue velvet bed
A country fiddle rides inside
A burlap bag instead.

But one thing to remember
And this one thing is grand
They both sound very beautiful
In gifted people’s hands.

May the gift YOU possess bless others todayJ
